Our staff is comprised of highly motivated team players. All have the common goal of treating our patients in the most caring and relaxed atmosphere. Most members of our team have been with us for many years.

Our Dental Hygienists

Joyce graduated from MATC and has been with our practice for 21 of her 25 years in the hygiene profession. Joyce particularly enjoys the relationships she has built with patients and co-workers. Joyce and her husband have three children and lead a very active life coaching and watching their children in a variety of sports. Joyce is an avid Packer and Badger fan.

Linda moved to Sun Prairie in 1978 and has been a hygienist with the practice for 24 years. Linda appreciates the opportunity to help patients in improving their dental health and building long-lasting relationships. In their free time, she and her husband love spending time with their four grandchildren, family and friends. Linda also enjoys quilting, golfing and reading.

Shannon is a native of the Madison area. She has been a dental hygienist for 17 years and has been with the practice for four years. One of Shannon's favorite things about hygiene is the opportunity to help make a difference in patients' overall health. Out of the office, Shannon keeps busy with her husband and two sons. She also likes traveling, history and reading when she has a free moment.

Nancy has been a member of our team for 16 of her 36 years in hygiene. She enjoys establishing relationships with her patients while taking care of their individualized needs. Born and raised in Madison, she is a true Badger and Packer fan, even after living in the Pacific Northwest for 14 years. Nancy and her husband have 3 grown children and enjoy spending time on Lake Wisconsin.

Our Dental Assistants

Connie has 48 years of dental assisting experience. She has worked for Dr. Smith for 32 years. She especially enjoys the friendships she has formed with patients and co-workers during her long tenure with the practice. Connie and her husband farm in the Marshall area and have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Her hobbies include baking, reading and walking.

Matt has been a dental assistant with our practice for 2 years. He enjoys meeting new people and helping patients achieve better dental health. In his personal time, he likes to spend time with his family, fishing and watching the Badgers.

Amanda has been with Smith and Olsen Dental for 2 of the 5 years she has been assisting. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time in the kitchen and playing with her hound dog.

Our Business Office

Melissa joined our office as our patient coordinator in July 2010. Shes working hard to build strong relationships with our patients and is enjoying all aspects of her new venture. Melissa and her husband have two young children that keep them constantly on the move. In her free time she enjoys shopping, a good movie, and an occasional date night with her husband

Lisa joined our team as office manager in September of 2008. She has worked in all areas of the dental office for over 20 years. Lisa and her family have lived in the Sun Prairie area since 1997. The small town feel of our practice is one the things that she enjoys the most about our office. Lisa is a wonderful resource for all of your insurance and financial questions.

Jen was a dental assistant for 15 years before transitioning to office assistant 2 years ago. She enjoys the variety that the dental field has to offer. Jen and her husband have lived in Sun Prairie for 22 years. She enjoys attending her two teenage children's many activities. During her personal time she likes to exercise, garden and work on home improvement projects.
